Rob founded Waypost Advisors in 2020 to give small and mid-sized businesses access to the same amazing supply chain talent as large companies. He has 25 years experience in improving business operations and leading businesses with world-class companies such as Fender, Dow Chemical, and Cargill. His experience on the front lines of manufacturing businesses coupled with his knowledge of the middle market means Waypost is focused on getting things done for their clients. Rob’s passion outside of work revolves around all things fly fishing and getting his kids involved with the outdoors.
Brad Ferstan is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in supply chain management, industrial distribution, and product-driven growth. He has a proven track record of driving operational excellence, scaling revenue, and building high-performing organizations—having increased regional sales from $400,000 to over $2 million and delivered more than $500,000 in annual cost savings through strategic global sourcing initiatives. As both a General Manager and Materials Manager, Brad has led end-to-end operations including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and product development, consistently improving efficiency and profitability. His entrepreneurial background as a business owner further reflects his ability to identify market opportunities, develop new product lines with multimillion-dollar potential, and execute growth strategies across multiple sales channels. Brad holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, combining technical depth with strategic leadership expertise.
