Waypost, a rapidly growing firm, seeks a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth by developing lasting relationships and securing new consulting engagements. This role will be a key contributor to enabling and accelerating the firm’s expansion. The ideal candidate excels at consultative sales, thrives on understanding complex client challenges, and can articulate value-driven solutions in the supply chain and operational efficiency domains. This role will also be responsible for guiding prospects through the entire sales process from prospecting to close. This role is not an account manager and will be expected to generate their own leads and prospects.
