Rob founded Waypost Advisors in 2020 to give small and mid-sized businesses access to the same amazing supply chain talent as large companies. He has 25 years experience in improving business operations and leading businesses with world-class companies such as Fender, Dow Chemical, and Cargill. His experience on the front lines of manufacturing businesses coupled with his knowledge of the middle market means Waypost is focused on getting things done for their clients. Rob’s passion outside of work revolves around all things fly fishing and getting his kids involved with the outdoors.
Having learned many great things in her career in supply chain, Emily left corporate life in 2020 to bring her passion and expertise to small and mid-size manufacturers. With 17 years of experience in transportation & logistics, procurement, supply chain planning, and a MicroMasters of Supply Chain from MIT, she’s delighted to have opportunities to help clients solve their supply chain problems. She’s been known to geek-out all day on supply chain process improvements or cost-savings projects. Emily also enjoys building Lego palaces with her daughter and being active outside, even in the winter.
Al is a C-suite, results-oriented executive with over 35 years of experience in the food manufacturing, packaging and distribution business. Passionate about helping to build and leading high-performing teams to achieve sustainable growth and profitability. Al has successfully guided diverse teams across various business functions, from strategic planning and supply chain management to risk assessment and employee development. Known for his strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to understand complex problems and create actionable solutions. He's a data-driven decision-maker who fosters a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Adept in project management and PMO leadership, Kelly helps Waypost clients drive their projects to satisfactory completion with a keen eye to the timeline and budget. Kelly is an organization and data analysis geek with twenty years of experience in project management and account management. In her spare time, she loves to bake, read Young Adult literature, and taxi her kids around town. Marie has been working in business operations roles since 2005, enjoying the privilege of being able to weave in and out of any industry including health insurance, art institutes, and venture capital. She has recently joined Waypost Advisors and enjoys learning about the secret world of Supply Chain Management, gaining appreciation for everything she has enjoyed purchasing but had taken for granted. In her personal time, she enjoys photography, being a community builder, hiking, traveling, reading, and watching TV.
